OUR DREAM Alisa Michelle Wallendorf was a compassionate and caring teen who at 15 lost her life in a tragic automobile accident. During her life, Alisa established a legacy of helping and caring for people because “that is what we were put on earth to do.” Alisa’s Angels Foundation was established to carry on the spirit of helping others in her memory. SHARING THE DREAM Alisa’s Angels Foundation is dedicated to helping the youth of Southern Arizona. Alisa’s Angels provides both personal encouragement and financial support so that the memory of Alisa’s laughter, faith, hope, and love can, in some small way, bring happiness and joy to others. OUR PURPOSE Alisa’s Angels Foundation is a registered 501(c) 3 non-profit corporation, committed to helping the youth of Southern Arizona by providing: o Scholarships for post high school education and training. o Mentoring in developing leadership and life skills. o Loan program for continuing education. o Other qualified financial support and help for youth in need. OUR IMPACT o Awarded seventeen $2,500 college scholarships based on “taking care of others” and scholastic achievement o Delivered more than 100 Christmas stockings to the children of New Beginnings o Provided financial support to the Boy Scouts of America o Awarded scholarships for youth to attend Montlure Camp o Constructed a playground at a local church |
